Ingredients:
- 2 ¾ cups (340g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups (300g) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar for coating.
- Roll dough into balls and coat in cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
