Ingredients:
For the base:

  • 1 cup (250g) peanut butter
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup (200g) powdered sugar

For the topping:

  • 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix base ingredients; press into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; spread over base.
  3. Chill for 1 hour. Slice into bars.
