Ingredients:
For the base:
- 1 cup (250g) peanut butter
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup (200g) powdered sugar
For the topping:
- 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions:
- Mix base ingredients; press into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; spread over base.
- Chill for 1 hour. Slice into bars.
