A succulent ham glazed with a tangy-sweet cranberry sauce is perfect for a holiday feast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-10 lb) bone-in ham
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a roasting pan with foil.
  2. Place the ham in the pan and score the surface with shallow cuts in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, honey, mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and orange juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  6. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
