Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss the shrimp with cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve immediately.
