Ingredients:
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (100g) sugar
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups (120g) rolled oats
- ¾ cup (120g) raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Cream butter and sugars; beat in egg and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients, oats, and raisins.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
