Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups (120g) rolled oats
  • ¾ cup (120g) raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream butter and sugars; beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients, oats, and raisins.
