Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup (50g) sugar
For the filling:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- ½ cup (120ml) lemon juice
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
- Mix crust ingredients; press into pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk filling ingredients; pour over crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
