  • 2 cups (480ml) whole milk
  • ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Heat milk, cream, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Cool.
  2. Add vanilla, pour into molds, and freeze for 4 hours.
