Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Mix crumbs and butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
