Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 ¼ cups (160g) graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate, and stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Pour filling into the crust. Chill for 2–3 hours before slicing.
