Ingredients:
For the crust:

  • 1 ¼ cups (160g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate, and stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  3. Pour filling into the crust. Chill for 2–3 hours before slicing.
