Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sour cream, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook beef with onion, cumin, and chili powder until browned.
  3. Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
  4. Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and top with sour cream.
