- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Sour cream, for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook beef with onion, cumin, and chili powder until browned.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes and top with sour cream.
