Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt-tahini sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil and spices for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
