Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs and drumsticks
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture and coat well.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes per side.
