Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture and coat well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes per side.
