Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve chicken with grilled asparagus.
