Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill for 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken with grilled asparagus.
