Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups (160g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- ½ cup (120ml) buttermilk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pan.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring.
- Alternate dry ingredients with buttermilk.
- Divide batter and bake for 18 minutes.
