Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
- ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
- ¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups (200g) grated carrots
- ½ cup (50g) chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugars and oil, then add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients.
- Fold in carrots and walnuts.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
