Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup (150g) sugar
  • ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
  • ¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups (200g) grated carrots
  • ½ cup (50g) chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugars and oil, then add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in carrots and walnuts.
