Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool on racks.
