Ingredients:

  • 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Warm tortillas and assemble with beef, kimchi, lettuce, and a dollop of gochujang.
  4. Serve immediately.
