Ingredients:
- 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Warm tortillas and assemble with beef, kimchi, lettuce, and a dollop of gochujang.
- Serve immediately.
