Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce

Instructions:

  1. Blend chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, flour, cumin, and baking powder into a coarse mixture.
  2. Form into small balls and fry in hot oil until golden.
  3. Serve with tahini sauce.
