Ingredients:
- 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions:
- Blend chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, flour, cumin, and baking powder into a coarse mixture.
- Form into small balls and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Serve with tahini sauce.
