Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, arrange salmon fillets and asparagus.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
