Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a baking sheet, arrange salmon fillets and asparagus.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
