Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the shrimp mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
