Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the shrimp mixture. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
