Ingredients:

  • 250g pizza dough
  • 200g canned San Marzano tomatoes
  • 150g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomatoes evenly over the base and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Add mozzarella slices and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
